Ashley Elliott began their career in 2003 as an Office Manager for Advanced Medical Care, where they were responsible for medical billing, selling DME, setting up patients with oxygen tanks and equipment, and dealing with Medicare and Medicaid. In 2004, they moved to Two Men and a Truck as an Office Manager, where they were responsible for administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, overseeing billing and scheduling, preparing contracts and forms, preparing weekly reports, creating templates for customer correspondences, and assisting with the training of new employees. In 2012, they joined Veredus, a Hays Company, as a Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for engaging in the full lifecycle recruiting process for Information Technology professionals. In 2016, they joined Ciber as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Cloud, DevOps, QA, and Angular JS. In 2021, they moved to Informulate as a Client Relationship Manager, where they are responsible for all things business development related, such as marketing activities, connecting clients with the right resources, and presentations to orient clients with services. In 2022, they moved to Walt Disney World (Hays) as a Technical Resource Coordinator, where they support operations for Guest Experience Shared Platforms Engineering teams.

Ashley Elliott attended Valencia College from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. In June 2018, they earned a LinkedIn Certified Professional- Recruiter certification from the LinkedIn Certification institution.
