Kelly Richards is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in sales support and account management. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Support at Informative Research since July 2020, Kelly has a strong focus on client engagement and enhancing workflow efficiencies. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of Vice President of Servicing and Account Management at Factual Data from January 2018 to July 2020 and enjoyed a lengthy tenure at CBCInnovis, starting in 1987 as a National Account Manager.
