Chanell Solace is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Operations at Information Consultants, Inc. (ICONS Inc) since March 2004, Chanell specializes in cost-effective upgrades from Laserfiche Classic to Laserfiche RIO and Avante systems and holds certifications as a US and International Laserfiche VAR. Additionally, Chanell is the President of Cosheao, a company offering all-natural, handmade soaps, emphasizing quality ingredients and gentle formulations, since January 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Claims Manager I at Sedgwick from January 2001 to June 2004, where responsibility included managing over 150 accounts and enhancing customer service.
