Henry Ma is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting across various industries. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Privitar since February 2023, Henry previously held similar roles at Nothing and Augusta Ventures, where responsibilities included overseeing finance operations across Europe and restructuring reporting processes, respectively. With a strong background in operational finance, Henry has also managed finance functions at Universal Music Group, The Caravel Group Limited, and GMT Shipping Group, building high-performing teams and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Early career experiences include significant roles at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Henry led IPO projects and managed statutory audits. Henry holds an MSc in Economics from SOAS University of London and a BSc in Economics from UCL.
