Kim Vasquez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and event management. Currently serving as Floor Planning Manager at Informa Markets since December 2017, Kim collaborates with show teams to design venue layouts and merchandising for UBM Americas, liaising with venues, fire marshals, and internal teams to ensure effective execution. In a longstanding role as Operations Manager at UBM plc since May 2005, Kim manages all production aspects of three annual trade shows, overseeing elements such as lighting, sound, catering, security, and budgeting. Earlier, from January 2000 to August 2004, Kim gained sales experience at Sally Beauty Company, where responsibilities included managing the sales territory in Northwest Ohio and conducting regular sales visits to local salons.
