Lukas Baschta has been with Infobip since November 2018, serving in multiple regional manager roles focused on customer growth, sales engineering, and presales across various chapters in the Americas and Latam. Lukas operates at the intersection of engineering, business, and product, providing technical support during client meetings to enhance omnichannel platform integration. Prior to Infobip, Lukas worked at Delta Electronics from October 2012 to June 2018, advancing from Junior Installation Analyst to Senior Customer Support Analyst within the Telecom Power Systems business unit, where project management and customer coordination were key responsibilities. Lukas began the professional journey as a Trainee at Copel, involving technical inspections and incident report preparation. Educational credentials include an MBA in Sales Management from USP/Esalq, a postgraduate degree in Industry 4.0, and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology - Parana.
