Emir Kalem is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for both EMEA and MENA at Infobip since September 2015. Emir has been instrumental in cascading information and strategies, ensuring target delivery, and enhancing the adoption of Infobip solutions across regional teams. Responsibilities include building Customer Success Management (CSM) teams, preparing management reports, and supporting talent management initiatives. Prior to this role, Emir excelled as a Customer Success Lead Manager and an Account Manager, where skills in managing multi-country accounts and fostering strong customer relationships were developed. Emir's career began as an Administrative Assistant at the Parliament of BiH. Emir holds dual Bachelor's degrees in International Finance and Banking from the American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Business Administration from The State University of New York, both earned from 2008 to 2012.
