Bruno Bule has extensive experience in the technology and customer support sectors, demonstrating a progressive career from entry-level positions to management roles. At Infobip since October 2018, Bruno has served as a Product Manager and held various engineering and support roles. Previously, Bruno worked at PLIVA as an IT Support professional and at Iskon Internet d.d. as a Product and Process Manager and in Customer Care. Early career experience includes a role as a Call Center Representative at Hrvatski Telekom. Bruno holds a Bachelor's degree in IT Design from Zagreb University of Applied Sciences, earned from 2011 to 2016.
