James Tuck has a long and varied career in technology sales and customer success. James began their career in 2011 as a Senior Sales Specialist (Enterprise Segment) at Microsoft, where they sold Azure and Visual Studio Developer Tools. In 2014, they joined Xamarin as their General Manager for EMEA and built a 17+ person team from scratch within 18 months. In 2016, they moved back to Microsoft as the Director of EMEA - Azure App Innovation & AI, leading a distributed field team covering the UK, MEA, Western Europe, France & Germany. In 2019, they took a career break and traveled with their family. Later that same year, they joined Zeplin, Inc. as their VP Global Sales & Customer Success and was promoted to General Manager, International. In 2020, they joined Catalyst Software as a Customer Success Coach and Modern Sales Pros as a Member. In 2021, they joined InfluxData as VP EMEA and Pavilion as an Executive Member of the London Chapter. Finally, in 2022 they joined RevOps: Modern Deal Desk as an Advisor.

James Tuck obtained their HND in Computer Science from Nottingham Trent University in 2000 and their BSc Hons in Applied Business Computing from Northumbria University in 2001.
