Clarice Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management, particularly within the finance and project management sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Business Manager to the APAC CEO at TP ICAP since October 2013, Clarice drives key initiatives and oversees project portfolios while collaborating with senior management across the Asia Pacific region. With a background in property and facilities management, Clarice has also held significant roles such as Head of Property and Facilities APAC and Regional Head Change Management APAC. Additionally, Clarice is an active member of the PMI Singapore Chapter, leading initiatives to promote gender diversity in project management and holding positions as Chair of the Women In Project Management Group and Assistant Treasurer. Clarice’s earlier career includes roles at prominent firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG, where expertise in auditing and operational management was developed. Clarice holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Queensland University of Technology.
