James Blair has been working in the IT industry since 1978. Their first role was as an Operations System Analyst at General Dynamics, where they managed mainframe, iSeries, UNIX and Wintel availability and solved system and availability issues. In 1997, they joined CSC as an IT Project Manager, where they provided leadership in all aspects of IT Project Management, including resource planning, financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder value. James managed various projects such as data center moves, knowledge transfer, infrastructure upgrades, security compliance, and data center ISO 9001 compliance. The technology scope included Wintel, UNIX, Linux, iSeries, IBM Mainframe, and AIX. In 2011, they joined InfinityCTI as an IT Project Manager/Business Strategy.

James Blair attended National University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a BBA in Business. In 2001 and 2002, they completed professional course work in Project Management at UC Irvine. In 2013, they earned a Professional Certificate in Digital and Social Media from San Diego State University.
