Wayne Proctor is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Cybersecurity Consultant and virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) at IGI Cybersecurity since September 2023, and as a Founding Member of the Better CyberSecurity Coalition since February 2020. Proctor's prior roles include Cybersecurity & Privacy Management Consultant at TEKsystems, Director of Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Kontoor Brands, and Chief Information Security Officer at multiple organizations such as WestRock Company, FLEETCOR, UPS, Bank of the West, and First Data USA. Proctor has extensive expertise in leading security programs, managing risk, and developing governance strategies. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology and a BS in Computer Science from Thomas College.
