Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned professional in software development and business process management, currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020. Previously, Sebastiraj held the position of Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, where responsibilities included leading BPM-Pega practice solutions and managing customer discussions for the Pega journey. With extensive experience at Wipro Technologies as a Senior Solutions Architect, Sebastiraj has also served in senior architect roles at Lloyds TSB, FedEx Services, and MasterCard, focusing on BPM governance and process optimization. Sebastiraj began the career as a software engineer at Nucleus Software and advanced through various roles in product development and architecture. Sebastiraj holds an MCA in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
