Tin Bui is an experienced L2 Escalation Engineer at Infinigate Group since March 2019. Prior to this role, Tin Bui worked as a Network Engineer at VNG Corporation from September 2015 to 2018, focusing on network system administration and troubleshooting. Tin Bui also served as a System Supervisor at the Network Operation Center for FPT Telecom from October 2014 to August 2015, overseeing the MPLS network system and collaborating with technical teams to resolve network incidents. Tin Bui holds a Bachelor of Information Technology in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from VNUHCM - University of Science, completed in 2014.
