Ian MacDonald is an experienced professional in the field of learning, development, and product management. Currently serving as the Global Learning and Development Lead at Infinera, Ian has previously held the title of VP of Product Management and Director of Product Line Management at Cisco. Ian's career began at Nortel Networks, focusing on Development and Product Line Management. Ian holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering from Memorial University in Newfoundland and Labrador, obtained between 1981 and 1987.
