Tomer Niv has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Tomer started their career as a Demi Chef De Partie at Quaglino's in 2005 and then moved on to work as a Chef De Partie at The Ledbury in 2007. Tomer gained further experience as an R&D Chef at The Fat Duck - Experiential kitchen in 2008. From 2009 to 2016, they served as an Executive Chef at Rama's Kitchen. In 2017, Tomer joined INFARM as a member of the Advisory Board, focusing on F&B commercial strategy and brand. Tomer then progressed to become the Food & Beverage Global Director from June 2021 to May 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Product, Commercial at INFARM, starting in May 2022. Additionally, Tomer worked at WeWork as the Food & Beverage Operations Director EMEA from 2018 to 2020 and later as the Head of Global Food & Beverage from 2019 to 2021.
Tomer Niv obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from London South Bank University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Westminster Kingsway College, where they pursued Culinary Arts, although the specific duration of their enrollment remains undisclosed.
