Tomás O'Leary is an experienced professional in both education and sports management, currently serving as the Head of Rugby at University College Cork since June 2024. Prior to this role, Tomás worked as a teacher at CBC Cork from August 2023 to June 2024 and was the Director of Rugby at Clongowes Wood College S.J. from August 2021 to August 2023. Tomás has a background in business development, having co-founded Told & Co., a contemporary luxury timepieces company, and RedZone Recruitment, which specializes in the energy industry. Earlier career roles include serving as a recruitment consultant at Morgan McKinley and as a professional rugby player with Montpellier Hérault Rugby and Munster Rugby. Tomás holds a BA in Arts with a focus on English and Geography from University College Cork, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
