Radosław Gryczan has a diverse background in web development and IT. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as a freelance web developer, administrator for Webersi, and WordPress Front End Developer for inFakt. From 2017 to 2019, they were a blogger and from 2018 to 2020, they were Starosta roku na kierunku Informatyka, KUL at Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II. In 2019, they were an Organizator konferencji for Lubelskie Dni Informatyki.

Radosław Gryczan obtained a Cisco IT Essentials certification from Cisco in June 2014. Radosław then obtained a Technik informatyk certification from MINISTERSTWO EDUKACJI NARODOWEJ in June 2017. In 2018, they began a Licencjat (Lic.) in Informatyka at Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II, which they completed in 2021. Radosław then began a Magister (Mgr) in Informatyka Stosowana at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, which they are currently pursuing.
