Rebut Yuni Ernawati is an experienced professional currently serving as the APAC Happiness Team Leader at InEvent since June 2021. Previously, Rebut worked as a freelance writer for Cakra Writer and as a Customer Service Specialist at Maxim Order Service. In a prior role at Accenture, Rebut focused on community operations, honing analytical skills and knowledge of the Indonesian market while ensuring adherence to client policies. Earlier career experiences include customer service for Uber Indonesia and Amazon UK at Sutherland, as well as a tutoring role at Bimbingan Belajar Peter and a part-time tutoring position at Primagama Tutoring Agency. Rebut's education includes a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Teaching English as a Second Language from Universitas Islam Malang and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from State University of Jakarta, alongside a D1 diploma in Accounting from Magistra Utama.
