Sergio Alcaide is currently serving as a Workplace Evolution Architect at Inetum since January 2024, focusing on Active Directory consolidation projects utilizing QUEST for various clients. Prior to this role, Sergio spent over 17 years at Cigna Healthcare Europe, where responsibilities included serving as an SCCM Engineer specializing in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, leading infrastructure engineering as a Lead Analyst managing VMware Vsphere and Symantec Backup Exec, and overseeing network, telephony, and server infrastructure as an Infrastructure Engineer. Earlier in their career, Sergio held the position of Information Technology Support Specialist at Clifford Chance, where duties included systems administration across multiple technologies. Sergio holds a Bachelor in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Alcalá, completed in June 1999.
