Nadia Videnova is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer for Bulgaria at Inetum since June 2022, Nadia has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at ZigiWave since February 2019, where responsibilities include managing a platform focused on business process integration and synchronization. Prior to these roles, Nadia was the General Manager at Do It Wise from November 2013 to June 2022, overseeing a consulting firm that specializes in ServiceNow ITSM and HPE ITOM implementations, as well as the development of an integration hub software. Nadia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the International University in Moscow, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
