Dexa Medica included Training Manager, where responsibility entailed developing internal training programs, and Associate Manager in the Clinical Research Department, overseeing medical information and compliance. Gunawan began the career as a Medical Representative, promoting products to healthcare providers. Educational background includes a degree in Pharmacy from Universitas Pancasila, obtained in 1999.
