Thierry Houeix has extensive experience in certification and project management, currently serving as a Certification Officer, Project Manager, and Electronics Designer at INERIS since January 1990. In addition to this role, Thierry holds several leadership positions, including Chair of SC 31M at the International Electrotechnical Commission, Deputy Chairman of ExPCC for the IECEx Scheme, and Vice-Chair of SC 31M. As Chairman of CLC/TC 31 at CEN and CENELEC, and Vice Chairman of ExNBG, Thierry plays a significant role in standards related to explosive atmospheres and ATEX equipment. Furthermore, Thierry has been serving as Chairman of CLATEX since January 2010. Thierry obtained a Master of Advanced Studies in Electrical System and Physical Measurement and an Engineer's degree in Electronics from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
