William Chou began their work experience in 2014 as a Process Engineer Intern at Formosa Plastics. In 2015, they interned as a Process Control Engineer at Flint Hills Resources. From 2016 to 2019, Chou worked as a Capital Project Process Control Engineer at INEOS. Following that, they served as a C4/Utilities Operations Senior Controls Engineer at INEOS from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Chou holds the position of Lead Yield Optimization Engineer at INEOS, starting in October 2021.

William Chou earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016. William is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Texas McCombs School of Business, with an expected completion in 2024.
