Troy Martin is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in instrumentation and electrical reliability. Currently serving as the I&E Reliability Team Leader at INEOS since April 2016, Troy has previously held key positions at Marathon Petroleum Company, where responsibilities included overseeing refinery engineering with a focus on analyzers and I&E. Prior to that role, Troy was an Analyzer Engineer at BP, designing and executing various projects, and has extensive experience from earlier roles at INEOS, which included I&E technician and supervisory positions. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies from the University of Houston and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Instrumentation Technology from Texas State Technical College.
