Alexia Lea has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alexia began their career as a Restorative Justice Practitioner at Lancashire Constabulary in 2013. After a year in this role, they moved on to become a Pensions Adviser at Guardian Financial Services from October 2015 to August 2017.
