Lloyd Daley-Graham has several years of experience in leadership and management roles in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Lloyd is currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Teammate Engagement at IndyGo, where they oversee engagement programs and develops strategies to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior to this role, Lloyd worked as the Diversity & Inclusion and Workforce Development Manager at IndyGo, where they administered and executed initiatives to further the organization's mission and goals.
Before joining IndyGo, Lloyd held the position of Assistant Director for Residential Life at Indiana University Residential Programs and Services, where they worked from 2016 to 2021. Lloyd also served as a Community Director at Clemson University from 2014 to 2016. Lloyd started their professional career as a Resident Director at Georgia Southern University from 2010 to 2014, where they co-managed the operations of two residence hall areas and implemented a residential curriculum focused on wellness.
Throughout their career, Lloyd has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to manage budgets, and expertise in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies.
Lloyd Daley-Graham obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington from 2008 to 2010, focusing on the field of Student Affairs.
In addition to their formal education, Lloyd Daley-Graham has obtained a certification in SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty from SHRM in December 2022.
