Earlier experience encompasses positions at WinWinD Power Energy Private Limited, Vestas, Suzlon Group, and LM Wind Power, where Dakshna contributed to technology transfers, new project implementations, and manufacturing processes for rotor blades. With over two decades of experience in the wind energy sector, Dakshna has demonstrated expertise in production management, project coordination, and process improvement.
