Spencer Woodard, M.S., is an Investment Banking Associate specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions at IndustryPro, a position held since June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Valuation Associate at Intrinsic LLC from August 2022 to April 2023, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder from December 2021 to June 2022. Spencer also gained experience as a CEO Intern at Bonsai Personal Pensions during May to October 2019 and as Head Basketball Manager for the University of Colorado Men’s Basketball team from September 2016 to September 2019. Spencer earned a Master of Science in Investment Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder in May 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual emphasis in Accounting and Finance, also from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 2020.
