Johna Aro has extensive experience in customer success and business development, currently serving as Customer Success Team Lead at IDEA (Idea4industry) since January 2022. Johna has been with IDEA since November 2013, holding positions as both Account Development Analyst and Business Development Analyst. Previous roles include Product Manager in Purchasing and Sales in Datacom at Rexel USA from 2000 to 2013, as well as Inside Sales Representative at Sirius Federal from 1995 to 2000. Early in the career, Johna worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Farmers National Bank from May 1993 to May 1995.
