This team manages leasing, oversees property maintenance, ensures security, and coordinates daily operations and tenant services. They also handle spaces for events and collaborations, maintaining the vibrant and innovative atmosphere that Industry City is known for.

The Leasing Team at Industry City is responsible for managing the occupancy of its 6 million square feet of industrial space. This includes identifying and securing new tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining relationships with existing tenants. Their goal is to maximize space utilization while fostering a vibrant community of innovative businesses and creative enterprises.

The Design and Architecture Team at Industry City is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing the innovative and collaborative spaces that define the campus. The team, led by the Director Of Architecture And Design and comprising an In-house Architect and Senior Designer, works on designing unique interiors, optimizing functionality, and ensuring aesthetic cohesion across the 35-acre property. They also oversee the integration of various amenities such as the food hall, courtyards, shops, and event spaces to enhance the overall experience for tenants and visitors.
