Steven Simmons is an accomplished professional in the specialty coffee industry, currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Industry Beans since 2013. Under Steven's leadership, Industry Beans focuses on sourcing premium coffee and creating exceptional retail experiences in Melbourne. In addition, Steven has been a Director at YourCoffee since 2017, where the company provides innovative specialty coffee solutions through a HACCP-certified facility in Brunswick. Previously, Steven co-founded Penny Farthing Espresso, a well-regarded café in Melbourne, which Steven managed from its inception in 2009 until its sale in 2014. Steven holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in Automotive from RMIT University, obtained between 2006 and 2009.
