Natalie Birren is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Special Projects at Industrious since June 2021, following their role as Area Manager from January 2018 to April 2021. Prior to Industrious, Natalie held the position of Director of Service and Front of House Operations at Animal, Jon & Vinny's, Son of a Gun, and Kismet, managing operations across four locations and overseeing over 100 staff members. Natalie's earlier roles include Restaurant Growth Associate at Square, where Natalie fostered partnerships to enhance restaurant and order growth in Los Angeles, and General Manager at Hillstone Restaurant Group, where management of daily operations and financial oversight were key responsibilities. Natalie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and Vocal Performance from the University of Southern California, along with ongoing studies at the University of Deusto.
