Andrea Neusa Mendes possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Industrias Anhembi S.A. since February 2019, where responsibilities include strategic HR management, performance management, and safety oversight. Prior experiences include the role of People Management Manager at VERESCENCE from October 2013 to April 2018, overseeing HR and EHS management for a team of 21 employees. At Archer Daniels Midland from October 2001 to June 2013, Andrea held various positions, culminating as Human Resources Manager, leading the implementation of a Shared Service Center and advising on recruitment and training strategies.
