Previously, as Director of Software Development at Thermo Fisher Scientific from July 2013 to June 2022, KV Rao established the company's brand presence in India while leading the Digital Engineering team. With earlier roles at Intel Corporation, Citrix Online, Motorola, and Siemens Communication Software, KV Rao has a proven track record in delivering mission-critical software and developing high-performance teams across various technological domains. KV Rao holds an M.Tech in Fiber Optics and Lightwave Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University, along with a Certified Scrum Product Owner designation from Scrum Alliance.
