David Howell has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. David started their career in 1993 as an Inside Sales representative at WESCO Distribution. In 1997, they became the CEO of Industrial Electrical Company and then went on to establish their own company, IEC, in 1998. Additionally, they were a member of group 19 at TEC (The Executive Connection) from 1998 to 2015.

David Howell received a Bachelor's degree in Business from California State University, Stanislaus in 1989. Prior to that, they studied Industrial Production Technologies/Technicians at California State University, Chico from 1983 to 1985.
