Sophia Tseng is a Community Program Manager at Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA). Prior to this role, Sophia has held positions in industrial design at companies like Garmin, NewDealDesign, and NAKNAK. Sophia also has experience in marketing and operations at Microsoft, and participated in the Young Talent Program at IDEO. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from Rhode Island School of Design.
