Nitika Jain possesses extensive legal experience, currently serving as Counsel at AZB & Partners since April 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Associate at the same firm from August 2016 to April 2018. Prior to this, Nitika gained valuable experience as Assistant Vice President at Capital India Finance Limited from August 2018 to February 2022 and as an Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas from August 2015 to June 2016, as well as at J. Sagar Associates from September 2012 to August 2015. Areas of expertise include Funds, Foreign Investment, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity Investments, and General Corporate Commercial matters. Nitika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Mumbai and a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, both obtained between 2007 and 2012.
