Jaap Chandok is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Partner at IndusInd Bank since April 2024, Jaap has previously held the position of Manager - Talent Acquisition at BharatPe from February 2022 to January 2024. Additional experience includes roles in human resources at Accenture and KPMG, where Jaap progressed from an HR Intern to Assistant Manager Human Resources, contributing to strategic consulting efforts. Jaap's educational qualifications include a PGDM from IILM, a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Delhi University, and a high school diploma in Commerce with Math from Army Public School Dhaula Kuan.
