Michèle Coopman is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as Managing Director at H3Oz since January 2013 and HR Manager at Inductotherm Group since May 2021. Michèle has a diverse background in HR management, including freelance roles at Mecamold SA and FOOD IMPACT, as well as positions at 3B-the fibreglass company and EURO-DIESEL. Additionally, Michèle holds a board membership at ADP Liège, contributing to the HR Professionals Association. Education includes a degree in Management of HR from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles and studies in Psychopédagogie at the University of Liège. Michèle has also served as Chairman of the customer advisory board at Club des Utilisateurs HR Access from 2007 to 2011.
