Ramayana de Paula is an experienced professional currently serving as a Product Owner at INDT - Instituto de Desenvolvimento Tecnológico since April 2018, where responsibilities include product backlog construction, roadmap planning, refining backlog, and monitoring product metrics, along with facilitating Discovery and Lean Inception sessions. Previously, Ramayana held the position of Technical Analyst, focusing on industrial process simulation and quality assurance through the DMAIC methodology. Prior experience includes working as a Production Engineer at CONIPA ICPMAD, where Ramayana contributed to the implementation of the Theory of Constraints in jewelry production, and as an Engineering Analyst at Nippon Seiki do Brasil, with a focus on technical documentation and line balancing. Ramayana holds a specialization in Lean Manufacturing from FUCAPI and a degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal do Amazonas, in addition to a technical degree in Computer Science from Fundação Matias Machline.
