Erwin Muniruzaman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and people analytics. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of People Analytics and HR Operations at PT. Indosat Tbk since January 2019, Erwin oversees strategic reward initiatives and HR operations utilizing advanced technologies such as RPA. Prior to this role, Erwin held the position of Talent Management & Organizational Alignment Leader at Willis Towers Watson from 2017 to 2019, focusing on talent solutions across various industries. Erwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Astronomy from Institut Teknologi Bandung and several certifications, including CHRP from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. Additional education includes a course for Pension Funds Managers at the University of Indonesia and training at IIRM.
