Aldiano J. Putra is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Information Technology Help Desk Support at Indonesian Cloud since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing customer requests via email and WhatsApp. Previously, Aldiano held roles at PT Bumen Redja Abadi, initially as Information Technology Technical Support from March 2018 to March 2019, assisting employees with computer and printer issues, and later as IT Infrastructure & Network from March 2019 to November 2021, configuring and managing networks and improving documentation for troubleshooting. Aldiano began a career as a Service Area Engineer at PT Visionet Data Internasional in 2017, focusing on the installation and maintenance of network devices for Maybank in Jakarta. Aldiano earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universitas Gunadarma between 2012 and 2016.
