Roy Nicholas Mandey serves as the Chairman of the Federation of Asia Pacific Retail Association (FAPRA) since November 2022 and the Chairman of APRINDO (Indonesia Retail Association) since April 2015. Additionally, Mandey holds the positions of President Commissioner of Cinépolis Indonesia and a member of the Permanent Commission on Domestic Trade, Commerce & Consumer Protection at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN). Previous roles include independent commissioner at PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA) and PT Matahari Department Store Tbk, Vice President Commissioner of PT. Multipolar Tbk, and Director of Public Affairs & Government Relations at Multipolar. Mandey's educational background includes a degree in Business Management with honors from the University of Jayabaya and ongoing training at the National Defense Agency of Indonesia in Political Science and Government.
