Amit Sharda is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Indo National Ltd since August 2024. Prior to this role, Amit was with Cavinkare from February 2012 to August 2024, where responsibilities included leading HR for the Personal Care and International Business segments in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Amit began a career in HR at IFMR Trust from May 2008 to February 2012, focusing on recruitment in the development sector, including microfinance and capital markets. Amit's career started as a Recruiter at Ma Foi from May 2007 to May 2008, specializing in IT and ITES sector requirements. Amit holds a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in Human Resources from D.G. Vaishnav College.
