Monica Kagey, MBA, LSW, holds extensive experience in leadership roles within the behavioral health and judicial sectors. Currently serving as Director at Indivior since August 2023, Kagey previously worked as Senior Vice President of Communications and Public Policy, Senior Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Clinical Business Operations at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions from August 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that, Kagey managed the Specialized Dockets Section at the Supreme Court of Ohio from November 2016 to August 2021 and directed the Drug Court Program within Franklin County from May 1999 to November 2016. Kagey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Ohio Dominican University and an MBA from Franklin University.
