Lisa Stantz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Lisa currently works at Indivior as a Market Access Regional Director, Criminal Justice Systems Northeast. Prior to this role, they held the position of Access Director at the same company.

Before joining Indivior, Lisa worked at Novo Nordisk where they held multiple roles. Lisa started as a District Business Manager in 2010 and eventually became a Senior District Business Manager, leading 12 representatives and overseeing $14M in field sales for 7 Diabetes and Obesity products. Lisa later transitioned to the role of Health Systems Account Manager, where they engaged with the Health System C and D suite in New York State to impact Population health and Value Based Care contracts.

Prior to their time at Novo Nordisk, Lisa worked as a District Sales Manager at Takeda, leading a team of up to 10 sales representatives. Lisa also gained experience as a District Sales Manager at TAP Pharmaceuticals, where they led up to 12 sales representatives and achieved the number one district in the country.

Lisa started their career at East House Corporation as a Mental Health and Addictions Counselor, providing support to individuals with Mental Health and Chemical dependency needs. Lisa also worked at Catholic Family Center as a Service Coordinator/Early Intervention and at TAP Pharmaceuticals as a Sales Representative.

Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to drive business growth.

Lisa Stantz received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Human Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut from 1989 to 1993. In 2018, they completed a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) training program at Breathe Yoga.
