Dhanasekar also founded an in-house R&D group focused on cutting-edge technology research, including exploring the use of Hyperledger Fabric for a supply chain and logistics system. Dhanasekar started their career at Karomi Technology Private Limited as a Software Engineer, where they focused on enhancing product suite and contributed to the development of a hybrid mobile app using ASP.NET, C#, and MSSQL Server.
