Ugur Alic has extensive experience in the retail industry, primarily with Inditex since May 2006. Currently serving as an International Product Manager, Ugur has been responsible for the commercial strategy and product management of Zara Kidswear across eight countries, tailoring strategies to meet local market needs. Previous roles include Ecommerce & Marketplaces Product Owner, where Ugur oversaw product ownership for internal tools, and Ecommerce Product Manager for Turkey and India, focusing on online strategies for shoes and bags. Additional experience includes various managerial positions in store operations, RFID project management, and team leadership, demonstrating a strong track record in sales, customer relations, and operational efficiency. Ugur holds an MBA from Istanbul Bilgi University and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Gazi University.
