Mariusz Leszczynski is an accomplished leader in the retail and fashion industry with extensive experience in senior management roles. Currently serving as the International Managing Director for Europe at Inditex since June 2024, Mariusz oversees business operations across European markets, following a successful tenure as Managing Director of Inditex Group Poland from 2011 to 2024, where Mariusz established a robust business strategy leading to significant growth. Prior to Inditex, Mariusz held various key positions at adidas, including Retail Operations Director for Western Europe, and was instrumental at Tesco Polska, where contributions included overseeing post-merger transitions and new format developments. Mariusz's educational background includes leadership and management programs from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and Cambridge Judge Business School, as well as a PhD in Economics from the University of Gdansk.
